United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior analytics leader to define how we measure member experiences in our app and AI-powered features, guiding strategic analyses for senior leadership. You will shape questions, lead deep-data analyses, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in data-focused roles
• Deep proficiency in product and experience metrics (engagement, adoption, retention)
• Extensive stakeholder management at Director/VP+ level
• Expertise in SQL with data warehouse queries
• Analytics engineering depth with durable data products (dbt)
• Statistical inference and experimental design (A/B tests)
• Focus on impact and mentoring data scientists

Responsibilities

• Define and own the measurement framework for AI and App Experience metrics.
• Set strategy for engagement, adoption, and AI feature quality.
• Be arbiter of truth with data and raise methodological bar for analyses.
• Partner with leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, Operations & Member Experience, and Marketing.
• Mentor data scientists to perform first-of-its-kind analyses and raise the bar across teams.
