Job summary

Tempus is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist for the Outcomes Research team to lead HEOR/RWE projects with pharma, academia, and other partners. You will design analyses, apply epidemiologic methods, and translate findings into clinically actionable insights for our clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field.
• Demonstrated computational skills with large healthcare datasets using R and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute HEOR and real-world evidence (RWE) projects with external partners.
• Represent the Outcomes Research function in study design, analysis, and publication.
• Work on complex problems using epidemiologic and health economic methodologies.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate research into actionable insights.
• Stay current with causal inference and HEOR/RWE methods.
• Build reusable analytical code, templates, and workflows.
