Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and deploy ML models for yield optimization, pricing, and inventory allocation at scale. This embedded role balances data science rigor with production ML engineering, delivering end-to-end solutions in a high-ownership, high-impact environment.

You will own data pipelines, feature engineering, and real-time inference, collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Platform teams to optimize the programmatic marketplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or quantitative research.
• 2+ years building and deploying ML models in programmatic advertising.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic auctions and optimization.
• Production ML ownership including real-time inference and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML models for yield optimization, pricing, and inventory allocation.
• Build and iterate on real-time pricing algorithms balancing short-term revenue and long-term health.
• Own data pipelines, feature storage, and real-time feature serving for programmatic models.
• Deploy models to production with latency, reliability, and SLO ownership.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B experiments to measure causal impact on yield and revenue.
