Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or quantitative research.
• Experience building and deploying ML models for programmatic advertising or real-time bidding.
• Strong Python/SQL skills with production ML experience.
• Experience with data pipelines, feature stores, and low-latency systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML models to optimize yield, pricing, and inventory allocation.
• Architect data pipelines feeding models and real-time inference systems.
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and system health in production.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams; own full model lifecycle.
• Experiment with A/B tests; translate results into business recommendations.
