Qualifications

• Fluent in Python and SQL.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.
• Experience building enterprise-grade ML models and data platforms.
• Master's degree in Science/Engineering preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; able to collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models and algorithms for real-time ads systems.
• Build and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists on production systems.
• Research and implement activities in propensity modeling, bidding strategies, and AB testing.
• Deliver production-grade code with proper testing and monitoring.
