Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of key data science areas such as usage forecasting and product analytics.
• Collaborate with PM, Sales, Customer Success to understand usage patterns and drive data-driven decisions.
• Manage stakeholders, define OKRs, and communicate progress to non-technical audiences.
• Mentor data scientists on project planning, technical decisions and code reviews.
• Build self-serve internal data products to simplify access to data.
