Job summary

Medbridge is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead production-grade predictive and statistical models that compare patient outcomes across providers and anticipate what happens next. You will own end-to-end modeling, from framing with product and clinical partners to deploying and monitoring in production.

In this role, you will set standards for methods and documentation, work with data engineers to ensure reproducible pipelines, and collaborate across product, engineering, and clinical teams

Qualifications

• Track record of models that ran in production and were deployed, monitored, and retrained.
• Ability to reason about data generation processes and model assumptions.
• Experience with healthcare data and evaluation design.

Responsibilities

• Own design, validation, and production operation of predictive and risk-adjustment models.
• Set methodological bar and document decisions for stakeholders.
• Write production-quality code with deployment and monitoring in Snowflake.
• Estimate impact of products, programs, and content on patient outcomes using causal/experimental methods.
• Translate ambiguous goals into solvable problems with cross-functional teams to ship models.
