Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience with digital products in iterative development.
• Demonstrated commitment to clear communication, positive energy, continuous learning, and efficient execution.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and deep dives on ambiguous problems; provide insights and recommendations.
• Build, tune, or measure performance of online and offline ML models and AI systems.
• Own a broad scope of data and metrics from definitions to visualizations.
• Guide code reviews, provide SQL and Python expertise, create ETL jobs.
• Maintain statistical rigor; design experiments and causal analyses.
