The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, a quantitative degree, and experience delivering data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field with 5+ years of relevant experience or a PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience driving impactful data science projects
• Ability to influence stakeholders by translating data insights into compelling narratives
• Proficiency in applying advanced modeling frameworks to business problems
• Professional experience with SQL and Python
• Experience with data products in iterative development cycles

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and deep dives on ambiguous problems to generate insights and recommendations for decision making.
• Build, tune, or evaluate online and offline ML models and AI systems.
• Own a broad scope of data and metrics, from definitions to data visualizations.
• Guide code reviews, provide SQL and Python expertise, and develop ETL jobs.
• Maintain high statistical rigor and design experiments to build stakeholder confidence.
