Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist for a 6+ month contract position in the United States with a hybrid work pattern. The role focuses on business-facing product analytics for financial services and requires strong SQL/Python skills, Spark experience, and proficiency in interpreting A/B tests.

The candidate will evaluate AI/LLM opportunities, communicate findings to business partners, and drive data-driven decisions while working with stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Science with a focus on business-facing product analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; big data querying with Spark is a plus.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Ability to communicate AI/LLM recommendations to business partners.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Experience applying statistical methods and ML techniques to large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starting with minimal supervision.
