The position emphasizes A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and applying AI/LLM insights to business problems, with clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Data Science with a business-facing analytics focus.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with big data environments (Spark) is desirable.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including control groups and efficacy measurement.
• Ability to apply AI/LLM capabilities to business problems and communicate recommendations to partners.
• Strong critical thinking to break down ambiguous problems into actionable steps.
• Experience applying statistical rigor and ML techniques to large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to drive projects with minimal supervision.
