Job summary

You will work with business stakeholders and Engagement Managers to drive improvements and transformation across processes, adopting AI/LLM capabilities where appropriate.

The role is hybrid with travel approx. 10%, offering opportunities to lead client engagements and implement leading practices that deliver tangible outcomes for financial products and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science for business-facing analytics.
• Experience with SQL, Python and Tableau for full-stack data analysis.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and applying AI/LLM to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytics using data science techniques and tell stories from data.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project teams, and business stakeholders, escalating as needed.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes.
• Implement leading practice workflows and drive operational outcomes.
