Job summary

The Zebra is seeking a senior data scientist to build ML models that personalize our product and improve policy matching for customers in the US. You will translate business needs into data-driven solutions, collaborate with product teams, and own end-to-end model production.

You will work with stakeholders to analyze product data, drive new data sources, and mentor teammates while delivering robust, scalable code in a remote-friendly environment with stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical data role with hands-on ML/statistical modeling experience.
• Proficient in Python and data ecosystem; production model ownership experience.
• Experience mentoring junior data scientists.
• Exposure to advanced methods like causal inference and reinforcement learning.
