You will lead large-scale initiatives from POC to production, collaborating with data professionals and stakeholders to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience designing, developing, evaluating, testing, and implementing complex Data Science models and algorithmic systems.
• Ability to lead DS initiatives end to end, from POC through production.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, reusable code design, and scalable solutions.
• Ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers to build and deliver analytical solutions.
• Document and communicate the design, functionality, and results of analytical models to diverse audiences.
• Ensure timely delivery, testing, and ongoing maintenance of developed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teammates.
