The role focuses on solving complex data problems, building scalable reporting solutions, and leveraging data to improve customer outcomes within the commercial insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work across data storage, data mining, and cleansing tasks, while staying current with market trends.

Responsibilities

• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Leading the development of reports, dashboards and scorecards
• Leading the design of the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
• Leading initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. Keeps current with market trends and demands.
