Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R with solid coding practices.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end solution delivery for complex client problems across retail and consumer industries.
• Apply ML, statistical modelling, and AI to generate actionable insights and scalable products.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks for scoping to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and embed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in data preparation, modelling, and governance.
• Mentor and support junior team members and foster continuous learning.
• Participate in business development activities including solution scoping and client presentations.
