You will set technical roadmap and mentor a team of scientists and engineers. The role emphasizes production ML at scale, privacy-preserving methods, and collaboration with clients and management to defend methodologies under scrutiny.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a technical lead with roadmap responsibility.
• Extensive experience delivering production ML projects end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of ML and Statistics fundamentals.
• Experience with time-series data and forecasting.
• Strong Python and SQL and production-grade coding.
• Experience with cloud warehouses like Snowflake/Redshift.

Responsibilities

• Set technical roadmap across ML, statistics, and campaign measurement.
• Lead a team of scientists and engineers across three areas.
• Drive production ML pipelines and cost-efficient data processing at scale.
• Mentor senior staff and communicate methodologies to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and defend methodology under external scrutiny.
