Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a data scientist to build and maintain sales performance models, develop predictive models for Medicare enrollment, and analyze sales funnel data to identify opportunities. You will design dashboards and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate data into growth strategies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data science with SQL and Python or R, plus experience with CMS data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science or advanced analytics including 2+ years supporting Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Part D markets.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for modeling and automation.
• Experience with CMS public data (enrollment files, landscape files, plan finder data).

• Master's in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Education Bachelors or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
