Job summary

CVS Health in Hartford, CT seeks a Senior Data Scientist to own data models, pipelines and analytics driving Medicare sales strategy, agent performance and enrollment growth.

Responsibilities include building predictive models for enrollment forecasting, analyzing funnel data, designing dashboards, and partnering with Sales, Marketing and Finance to translate insights into growth. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support our Medicare sales organization.

You will own the data models, pipelines, and analytical frameworks that drive sales strategy, agent/broker performance, and enrollment growth across Medicare Advantage and Part D markets.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

3+ years in data science or advanced analytics including:

• 2+ years supporting Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Part D markets
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for modeling and automation
• Experience with CMS public data (enrollment files, landscape files, plan finder data)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with lead generation, direct mail, telesales, or digital acquisition analytics
• Experience building propensity-to-enroll or churn models for Medicare-eligible populations
• Master's in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
