Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Data Analyst, Seller to own the commercial measurement engine for Spotlight Listings and related revenue. You will define KPIs, build SSOT dashboards, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to shape pricing and packaging decisions.

Bring 2+ years in data analytics, strong causal inference skills, and advanced SQL/Python. This role offers hybrid work, with in-person collaboration and growth opportunities in a real estate tech leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data science or quantitative analytics with end-to-end measurement ownership.
• Fluency in causal inference and experimental design for marketplace settings.
• Advanced SQL and Python applied to large-scale data; Snowflake and dbt preferred.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into commercial decisions with revenue impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the canonical performance measurement framework for Spotlight Listings.
• Build and maintain the inventory capacity model at market level and set guardrails.
• Lead experimental design for SPL pricing, packaging, and renewal interventions.
• Own SPL revenue and activation reporting end-to-end with weekly/monthly cadence.
• Drive data quality and pipeline integrity; coordinate with Eng and data platform team.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales on pricing and packaging decisions.
