Job summary

• 2+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics with end-to-end ownership
• Deep fluency in causal inference and experimental design in marketplace settings
• Proficient in SQL and Python applied to large-scale data; Snowflake and dbt preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and own the canonical performance measurement framework for Spotlight Listings, defining KPIs and SSOT dashboards
• Build and maintain the inventory capacity model with market-level token caps
• Lead experimental design for SPL pricing, packaging and renewal interventions
• Own SPL revenue and activation reporting end-to-end
• Ensure data quality and pipeline integrity across SPL assets
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales on pricing decisions including token-utilization patterns
