Job summary

Realtor.com is hiring a Data Analyst, Spotlight Listing, to own the commercial measurement engine behind a leading listing-promotion product. You will define KPIs, build SSOT dashboards, and drive actionable insights for leadership and FP&A.

You will tackle high-complexity marketplace problems, design experiments for SPL pricing and packaging, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to shape commercial decisions impacting revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product or business unit's measurement framework end-to-end.
• Proficient in causal inference and experimental design for two-sided marketplaces.
• Strong SQL and Python applied to large-scale data; familiarity with Snowflake/dbt.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the performance measurement framework for Spotlight Listings and define KPIs.
• Build and maintain inventory capacity models and token caps with sales alignment.
• Lead experimental design for pricing, packaging, and renewals with statistical power.
• Own revenue and activation reporting end-to-end, including weekly pacing and monthly FP&A inputs.
• Drive data quality and pipeline integrity, close structural gaps with Eng and data platform teams.
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing/Sales on pricing and token-utilization patterns.
