You will work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and software teams to solve manufacturing problems using statistics, machine learning, and data-driven applications.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant work.
• Professional Python experience for data analysis.
• Experience building ML or advanced analytical solutions.
• Strong applied statistics and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience analyzing complex technical datasets in manufacturing or related fields.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistical and ML solutions for manufacturing, test, quality, and production.
• Explore large datasets to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Build Python-based analytical apps used by engineers and factory teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate problems into data solutions.
• Create visualizations and tools to make data actionable.
• Help deploy, monitor, and maintain ML solutions.
• Mentor other data scientists and engineers and guide best practices.
• Deepen expertise in factory and test data to uncover new opportunities.
