Attune, a data-driven insurer, seeks a senior data scientist to translate business needs into analytical approaches across underwriting and customer experience. You will develop predictive models, analyze customer behavior, and collaborate with engineering to deploy insights.

Applicants should have 5+ years in data science with Python and SQL, and ideally familiarity with Bayesian methods and P&C data. The role supports a hybrid/remote US-based work setup with strong data infrastructure support.

Competenze

• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or statistics roles.
• Able to translate business needs into analytical approaches with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with predictive modeling using regression, classification, clustering.
• Familiarity with Bayesian/hierarchical modeling is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Bonus: familiarity with P&C insurance data and industry modeling challenges.
