Medbridge is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to own production-ready predictive models in healthcare analytics. You will frame problems with partners, select methods, build and validate models, and ship them to production in Snowflake.

You will influence the data science practice, set standards, write tested pipelines, monitor models, and collaborate with product, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver measurable impact.

Formación

• Proven production-grade modeling experience.
• Experience with healthcare data.
• Ability to deploy and monitor models in production.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, development, validation, and production operation of predictive models.
• Set methodological standards and document decisions for cross-functional teams.
• Write production-quality code with testing and version control; collaborate with Data Engineering.
• Assess impact of products and content on patient outcomes using experimental/observational methods.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and customer teams to deploy models in product.
