Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, statistics, business, health care, engineering, etc.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong programming skills in Python and R, with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Excellent understanding of statistical methods and ML algorithms including k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, and neural networks.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows leveraging AI agents for autonomous operations.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and their applications.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, ETL processes.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Extract insights from complex datasets to inform decisions.
• Design, train, and deploy ML models and AI solutions.
• Develop agentic AI workflows for autonomous tasks.
• Apply RAG patterns to improve language model outputs.
• Prepare data via cleaning, missing values handling, and outlier removal.
• Deploy models to production and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to integrate AI solutions.
• Document methodologies and communicate findings to stakeholders.
