Job summary

Thyme Care is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data team. You will collaborate with Product Manager, Growth and Operations to understand, ingest, and accurately model healthcare data for customers, supporting updates and fixes throughout the relationship.

You will develop new attributes and flags, build visualizations to report on impact, and transform eligibility, claims, prior auth, and ADT data into our standard models. The role emphasizes data quality and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large healthcare datasets and data pipelines.
• Ability to design scalable data models for operations and analytics.
• Willingness to learn dbt and Looker quickly.
• Proficiency with Python and BI tools for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand and model healthcare data for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Growth/Operations teams.
• Develop attributes and flags from data to drive Care Team actions.
• Build visualizations to report impact.
• Improve data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt.
• Translate business requirements into technical data designs.
