Job summary

Thyme Care is seeking aSenior Data Scientist to join our Data team to build and maintain analytic capabilities supporting thyroid care outcomes. You will collaborate with the Product Manager and Growth teams to understand, ingest, and model healthcare data for new and existing customers, developing attributes and flags to drive action.

You will design data models, pipelines, and analytics, transform eligibility, claims, and ADT data, and create visualizations with Looker.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large healthcare datasets (eligibility, claims, ADT, etc.).
• Design and implement data models for operations and analytics.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Proficiency with dbt; familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
