Job summary

Thyme Care seeks an Actuary or Senior Actuarial Analyst to support actuarial models and analytics for value-based oncology partnerships. You will work with large healthcare datasets to deliver accurate, timely insights and partner with actuarial, finance, data science, and clinical teams.

This role offers autonomy, ownership of end-to-end analyses, and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced startup environment open at multiple levels depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and ASA or progress toward credentials.
• 2+ years of actuarial experience in healthcare or a related setting.
• Experience using SQL or similar to extract and transform healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and execution of actuarial models and analytics.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, data science, and clinical partners.
• Own defined processes end-to-end with a degree of autonomy.
