Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our data science team. You will develop scalable ML models and AI-driven approaches to improve provider data quality and generate network insights for health plan networks.

You will lead end-to-end efforts from hypothesis to production, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML, or advanced analytics.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Strong Python skills with data manipulation libraries.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, and distributed computing.
• Experience with SQL and data wrangling at scale.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and modeling.
• Experience communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentorship or leadership of other data scientists is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale ML models and analytics solutions.
• Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and ML techniques.
• Research healthcare data challenges and develop analytic plans.
• Develop novel algorithms to solve complex problems.
