Job summary

Quest Analytics LLC is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to leverage healthcare data, build scalable ML models, and drive product innovation across provider networks. The role focuses on productionizing models, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled workflows while shaping data strategy.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, and business teams, mentor others, and explore generative AI opportunities to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Production experience deploying ML models
• Advanced Python and SQL skills
• Experience with Databricks, Spark or similar
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale ML models and analytics to improve provider data quality and insights
• Apply statistical modeling and ML techniques to solve business problems
• Research healthcare data challenges and develop actionable analytical approaches
• Evaluate and improve models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to productionize models
• Develop automated anomaly detection, feature engineering, and monitoring
• Translate findings into clear business value for stakeholders
• Mentor other data scientists and contribute to data governance
