Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build scalable machine learning models and AI-driven approaches for health plan networks. You will collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Client teams to drive product innovation and improve data quality across provider networks.

The role is senior, individual contributor, with opportunities to influence data strategy, ML lifecycle, and generative AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Master's degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience deploying ML models into production.
• Advanced Python skills with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or distributed computing.
• Strong SQL and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and scale ML models and analytics solutions to improve data quality and generate insights.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Research healthcare data challenges and develop analytical approaches.
• Develop algorithms to solve complex problems and improve model performance.
