Metropolis in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Growth Marketing to partner with Growth Marketing leadership, turning large transactional and behavioral datasets into engines for user acquisition, retention, and gross profit expansion. You will craft multi-touch attribution, LTV models, and rigorous experiments.

Qualifications

• Strong background in marketing measurement and causal inference.
• Experience building multi-touch attribution systems.
• Experience modeling LTV and CAC.
• Ability to translate data insights into business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and deploy MTA, CLV, and CAC models to guide multi-channel spend.
• Perform cohort analyses and retention modeling to drive growth.
• Lead growth experiments including A/B tests and geo-experiments.
• Partner with Growth Marketing and Finance to optimize unit economics.
• Collaborate with analytics and data engineering to build pipelines and dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools to modernize analytical workflows into high-output processes.
