Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or analytics with marketing, growth, or go-to-market measurement impact.
• Experience with Brand and Performance marketing and unified measurement frameworks.
• Proven ability to direct growth roadmaps and influence strategy with data-backed hypotheses and measurement initiatives.
• Advanced SQL and Python, hands-on instrumentation and pipeline/ETL construction, and experience with large multi-source enterprise data.

Responsibilities

• Shape full-funnel marketing strategy and paid media measurement with leadership across Marketing and Finance.
• Operationalize marketing measurement through data instrumentation, models, experimentation, and causal methods.
• Synthesize performance narratives for paid media and identify drivers of growth and ROI.
• Uncover opportunities via analysis and implement motions to win.
• Unpack media channel contribution and drive cross-channel optimization.
• Own data architecture and systems powering marketing performance and integrate new data sources.
• Build durable understanding of target audiences and growth paths using data-backed hypotheses.
