Job summary

Solstice seeks a Lead Data Scientist in Morris Plains, NJ for a hybrid role to drive analytics across ISC, Finance, and related domains. You will apply advanced ML and statistical techniques to forecast demand, optimize inventory, build financial models, and detect anomalies.

You will bridge technical and business teams, lead end-to-end data science projects, mentor analysts, and advance MLOps to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, OR related field.
• 8+ years of data science or advanced analytics experience with measurable value.
• Expert Python and SQL; pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch proficient.
• Strong modeling, ML algorithms, and data mining for time-series forecasting.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and finance concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Gen AI for tailored predictions in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Spearhead development of agentic architectures and innovative AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities in demand planning, inventory and financial forecasting.
• Provide deep data science expertise across Supply Chain and Finance functions.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects and mentor junior analysts.
