Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual-first and in-home care alongside families, providers, and health plans.

The role focuses on building production-ready models, translating outcomes for diverse audiences, and collaborating with business stakeholders to frame impactful questions. Competitive compensation includes base salary, bonuses, and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience including proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods.
• Experience in a start-up or growth environment required; healthcare experience preferred.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods.
• Experience working in a start-up or growth environment required; healthcare experience preferred.

• Base salary range of $145,000 - $180,000 plus annual bonus incentive and equity purchase eligibility.
