Job summary

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG brands, with a growing NYC team. You’ll build models that forecast sales, optimize promotions, and shape pricing using messy, real-world data across 200+ brands.

You’ll deploy insights inside the product and collaborate with the AI/ML engineering team to move from exploration to production. You’ll work with a broad data stack (Python, SQL, Snowflake, dbt, AWS), ensure model validity, and communicate uncertainty to brand stakeholders and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with real-world data.
• Strong statistical foundations: regression, time-series, experiment design, uncertainty quantification.
• Fluent in Python and SQL; comfortable with Snowflake and dbt.
• You validate, sanity-check, and communicate uncertainty in analyses.
• Ability to explain a model to non-technical stakeholders and defend it to engineers.
