You will collaborate with investigators, auditors, and leadership to deliver data-driven solutions in a fast-paced federal environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, statistical modeling, or related technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience deploying predictive or prescriptive models to drive improvements.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics, statistical and non-statistical modeling, data mining, and data-management activities.
• Gather and store source data, process, clean, normalize, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytical models, scripts, algorithms, and automated workflows.
• Develop scalable analytical models using statistical, ML, and AI methods including machine learning.
• Design, develop, and adapt analytical solutions for audits, investigations, and program evaluation.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Conduct risk modeling, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with investigators, auditors, analysts, and subject-matter experts to define analytical requirements.
• Use Python, SQL, and other languages to manipulate, analyze, and transform datasets; automate processes.
• Perform ad hoc data-analysis requests and communicate findings clearly.
• Prepare reports addressing data adequacy, methodologies, results, and recommendations.
• Document data sources, methodologies, models, and workflows for reproducibility.
• Provide training on work products and create user guides and docs.
• Monitor and update models and data workflows as requirements evolve.
• Ensure compliance with federal security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance.
