Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner across cart, checkout, post-purchase, and accounts to quantify what’s working and what’s not. You’ll own end-to-end analytics in a fast-paced storefront, building models, running experiments, and delivering actionable product insights.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design, building self-serve dashboards and communicating results with clarity. The role emphasizes rigor, speed, and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science or quantitative analytics experience in consumer tech.
• Strong statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference knowledge.
• Experience designing end-to-end experiments.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Able to translate problems into analytical plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics and data science support for cart, checkout, post-purchase (returns & exchanges), and accounts.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, holdouts) across these surfaces with sizing, guardrails, and post-test readouts.
• Build and maintain source-of-truth metrics and self-serve dashboards for KPIs and flag regressions.
• Communicate insights with clear, evidence-based storytelling to stakeholders and leadership.
