Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner for Owners and Sellers to drive data-informed decisions across product development and consumer experience. You will own experimentation, analytics, and reporting, delivering insights that shape the product roadmap and business strategy.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and BI teams, you will align on objectives, enable rapid innovation, and build scalable solutions through advanced analytics and consumer insights.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research or related field.
• 2 years of experience in data science, ML or applied statistics with product analytics or experimentation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools (streamlit, Claude/MCP, n8n, windsurf) is a must.
• Ability to create ETL pipelines using dbt + Airflow.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills for analytical challenges.
• Excellent communication to articulate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate short- and long-term strategic goals across core product initiatives.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify and size product development opportunities.
• Design learning agendas and multivariate tests; translate findings into actions.
• Define success metrics for strategic initiatives and surface insights on consumer behavior.
• Champion self-service AI-enabled reporting tools for cross-functional teams.
• Drive data quality improvements and deep-dive analyses of product performance.
• Provide foundational consumer insights to influence product direction through descriptive, statistical, and predictive analytics.
