Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Sr Data Scientist, Experimentation in Austin, TX to partner with product, engineering, and business teams to design and govern experimentation at scale. You will own learning agendas, multivariate tests, and analytics that shape the product roadmap.

You bring 5+ years in data science, strong SQL/Python/Tableau/Amplitude, and experience building ETL with dbt and Airflow, plus AI-enabled reporting.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, OR related fields.
• 5+ years of data science, ML, or analytics with product analytics focus.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, Amplitude.

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation, business analytics, and reporting.
• Lead exploratory analyses to size product opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for the roadmap.
• Define success metrics for strategic initiatives and surface insights.
