Janus Soft Inc. seeks a Senior Data Scientist & ETL Engineer to engineer robust big data pipelines, perform data quality analysis, and design analytics dashboards across enterprise and cloud environments.

You will lead end-to-end data processing workflows using Python, PySpark, and Spark, mapping data into enriched formats and delivering dynamic dashboards for mission insights. Strong TS/SCI clearance is required. A collaborative Agile environment is offered with opportunities for impact.

Formación

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (Strict Requirement).
• Big Data Processing: Spark, PySpark, and Python expertise for large-scale data processing.
• ETL & Data Engineering: ETL from diverse structured and unstructured formats.
• Relational Databases & Querying: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL proficiency.
• Data Formats & Parsing: XML, JSON, and RegEx parsing experience.
• Log Processing & Dashboarding: CloudWatch, Kibana dashboards experience.
• Data Analysis & Modeling Tools: VS Code, Jupyter, Databricks notebooks for modeling.
• Data Quality & Documentation: ETL design docs and data dictionaries.
• Agile & Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with partners and sprint planning.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer robust big data pipelines using Spark, PySpark, and Python.
• Map, extract, transform, and load disparate datasets into enriched formats.
• Develop dashboards and metrics from OS and data logs using CloudWatch and Kibana.
• Create ETL documentation and source-to-target data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with mission partners to refine analytic objectives.
