Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics delivering production‑ready solutions.
• 6+ years developing production quality solutions using Python, SQL, and Spark with software engineering best practices.
• 2+ years designing and deploying Generative AI solutions including LLMs in an enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor ML models, analytics, and generative AI applications to improve IT operations and productivity.
• Build scalable data pipelines and curated datasets on Databricks; transform data into trusted enterprise assets.
• Lead architecture decisions and own the team's technical roadmap for ML and AI platforms.
• Mentor a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts; drive technical reviews and career development.
