Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics delivering production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• 6+ years developing production-quality solutions using Python, SQL, and Spark with best practices.
• 4+ years building scalable data pipelines and data lakes; 3+ years with Databricks or similar platform.
• 2+ years designing and deploying Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and AI agents.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring data scientists and engineers, with design reviews and translating business challenges into ML/AI products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor ML models, analytics solutions, and generative AI apps for IT ops and colleague productivity.
• Build scalable data pipelines and curated datasets on Databricks into trusted enterprise assets.
• Deliver self-service analytics, interactive reporting, and conversational data experiences for diverse teams.
• Write production-grade Python, SQL, and Spark with best practices for software engineering and AI governance.
• Own the team’s technical roadmap and drive architecture decisions across ML approaches and platform design.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance reviews.
