StubHub is seeking a Senior Data Scientist focused on Direct Marketing & Personalization to develop and deploy machine learning models that deepen customer engagement and optimize marketing decisions. You’ll own end-to-end modeling projects, from identifying opportunities to production deployment, collaborating with product, engineering, and analytics teams.

The role requires strong statistical foundations, advanced ML skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Science or ML.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimental design.

Responsabilidades

• Develop advanced ML models for direct marketing and personalization.

• Lead end-to-end model lifecycle: design, deploy, monitor.
• Conduct experiments to measure business impact and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
