StubHub is seeking a Senior Data Scientist focused on Direct Marketing and Personalization. You will own strategy, development, and deployment of models that improve how we understand, reach, and retain customers.

You’ll lead projects end-to-end, deploy solutions, and measure business impact with a strong emphasis on experimentation and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Analytics. You’ll work in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 remote) at locations in New York, NY or Century

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Science or related quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in statistics, ML, and experimental design.
• Expertise in Python and SQL with large-scale datasets.
• Experience deploying ML models in production and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with A/B testing and experimental rigor.
• Ability to partner with Product and Engineering to translate needs.
