Qualifications

• Strong applied data science background with production systems experience.
• Experience turning analysis into production changes.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities

• Improve decisioning systems affecting pricing, offer behavior, routing, and other outcomes.
• Design and run experiments to test changes.
• Build models, heuristics, or optimization logic for real-world outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into measurable decisioning systems with tradeoffs.
• Work with engineers to productionize new logic.
• Design feedback loops linking model behavior to product metrics.
• Contribute to configurable rules systems for decisioning.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis and iteration.
• Balance rigor and speed in a fast-moving environment.
