Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• 3+ years applying ML, NLP, OR to business problems.
• 3+ years of experience creating dashboards using BI tools.
• 2+ years in data pipelines, modeling, and SQL development.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with production-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and deployment of NLP/LLM/AI capabilities.
• Define standards, governance, and patterns for AI-enabled solutions.
• Design scalable data pipelines, data-processing workflows, and automation.
