Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of related experience, with 2+ years as a Data Scientist, focusing on marketing analytics or CRM.
• Proven experience developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies, incl. segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data mining.
• Excellent SQL skills and programming in Python or R; experience with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven CRM marketing strategies including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Map and analyze the customer journey for sellers/owners identifying touchpoints for optimization via CRM interventions.
• Build segmentation models to identify audiences for seller/owner projects across data sources.
• Design and execute personalized communications for sellers/owners across CRM channels.
• Collaborate to integrate CRM data with other platforms for a holistic customer view.
• Establish KPIs and analytical frameworks to measure CRM marketing effectiveness.
