Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field with strong focus on biological sciences.
• Postdoctoral experience highly desirable.
• 5+ years biotech industry experience leading projects.
• Expertise in gene expression data analysis and dimensionality reduction.
• Experience building ML/DL models with rigorous validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cf-RNA sequencing data analysis to deliver rigorous, reproducible results.
• Develop methods for differential expression, pathway, and enrichment analyses.
• Build, train, test, and validate predictive models including ML/DL approaches.
• Design scalable, efficient data analysis pipelines.
• Engage in hypothesis-driven research and method validation.
• Critically evaluate results for real-world clinical applicability.
• Visualize complex datasets and communicate findings to scientific and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scientific and technical strategy.
